Same here. (He speaks lightly, maybe a bit distantly, but he's really just trying to be calm and stable for Usagi,) Teach was one of the first people here that I spoke to and Ochako... we only recently started getting close but I really liked her.

Knowing an iron is hot doesn't make it any less hot when you touch it.(Knowing something painful is coming doesn't make it less painful. ) At best, all you can do is brace yourself for it.

I don't know why, but I don't like mourning. Not in the usual way, at least... If I died, the last thing I would want is for the people I left behind to talk about me sadly. (This feels right to him, even if it doesn't match up with... the customs he remembers.) I'd want everyone to talk about me fondly and share stories.
I guess what I'm saying is... do you wanna share stories? Remember one moment that makes you fond?
