Sure - I'll be right back.
[Don't mind her just walking off to her room!
...sure enough, she returns with a bow and some arrows, which she's got tucked into the sash at her waist for lack of a quiver. She doesn't really see any reason to hide it at this point.]
Ready to go?

Ready to go?
Like who said?
[???
But, onward to the forest, anyway. She's been here a few times since getting her bow - and she seems pretty comfortable with the trail.]
How far in do you want to go?
[She's not really afraid of running into any animals - the smaller ones she can handle, and the more dangerous ones... well, they're both armed! What do they have to be afraid of?]

[Yona laughs.]
I think "some guy" should be more nervous about being out alone in the woods with me.
[She's teasing too! Obviously. But at his question, she nods. There really isn't much reason to hide it, given that they were both pretty upfront about it at the trial.]
Yes. We talked a little when we first woke up here, and he agreed to teach me some things and make a bow for me so I wouldn't fall out of practice, since mine didn't come here with me.

[This clearing definitely works. Yona surveys it for a moment or two, then nods, satisfied; there'll be plenty of space for the both of them.]
Maybe. Or maybe I just asked him early enough that he didn't have a whole bunch of other people asking for the same thing.
[Her expression sort of flattens out. Hopefully you like whatever it was you got... well, it's a nice sentiment, but from the look on her face it's pretty clear she doesn't.
Anyway, she raises her bow, nocks an arrow, and takes aim at a tree while speaking.]
I don't, really, but that's okay. I've managed with plenty of things I don't like before.

[THWIP! She fires the arrow and it sticks in the center of the tree trunk she was aiming at. I don't know shit about archery but it's canon that she's gotten pretty good at it.]
People are resilient. With enough time, they can get used to anything.

[I doubt it.
Anyway, Yona raises an eyebrow at that, then adjusts her aim juuust a little...]
Right. Though, hopefully there won't be any need for them to get used to what happened last week.
[Haha yeah good luck with that this is a murdergame. She releases her arrow, and it sticks to the tree just above Claude's. This is indeed their game for now.]

[I'M GOING TO KILL GMAIL. GIVE ME MY NOTIFS.
But hm! Speedy. Well, she'll take a moment to eyeball the distance between her last arrow and his, and then quickly take aim - when hers thunks into the tree, it's above his, more or less the same distance.]
...I know. It just seems a little unfair, for the people who aren't used to this sort of thing.

[She also shoots higher, when she takes her turn, because she definitely intends on scaling the tree to get them back if they have to. She doesn't want to lose, the stubborn fool.]
I wouldn't, either.
I wouldn't, either.
[That whole execution was more than a little unsettling.
Yona's trying to think through it, but just sitting and thinking leaves her feeling unsettled (and also thinking in circles), so she's heading for the woods. Along the way she spots Claude, and -
Well, training with him went well earlier in the week. So.]
...Claude? Would you mind going to the woods with me again?

[...see, that just feels like a challenge.
Yona narrows her eyes, then draws her last arrow from where it's tucked into the sash at her waist, and nocks it.
She takes a little longer to aim, this time. And as much as she would like to try to split his arrow down the middle, that would be wasteful, given that they don't have all that many to start with. When she lets it fly, she holds her breath - and it sticks to the tree with a solid thunk, just to the left of his.
Yona lowers her bow and smiles at him.]
Some differences are a good thing - having different perspectives will help us notice things the other might miss. But I think we're similar enough that we should be able to work together.

[...wow! They really are similar. That quip gets a chuckle out of her, at least.]
Maybe you should be.
[Anyway! Onward they go. It's not too difficult to find somewhere to shoot - in fact, it's not too difficult to find that same poor tree they kept shooting earlier. This tree is probably very tired of them by now.]
...so, that was... a lot, huh?
[She asks, as she's drawing an arrow from the sash at her waist.]

[Yona steps on him and retrieves the arrows.
...okay, so that's not exactly how it goes, but it's also not totally inaccurate and it's funny, so it's staying in this tag. With the boost, it's much easier for her to grab the higher arrows - though she does have to stretch her arm out a little for the highest ones.]
Thanks, Claude.
